Return & Exchange Policy
Swimberry would like you to be completely satisfied and happy with your purchase. Ordering online can be tricky! In the event that you are not satisfied, you can exchange the items for different sizes, colors, or return them for a refund in the form of store credit only.
Policy
Products must be returned or exchanged within 14 days for the policy to be in effect, starting from the day the last item in your order arrives.
Conditions
Items must be unworn, unmarked, unwashed, odor-free and with all original tags attached. Swimberry reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above. We recommend trying on all items (including swimwear) over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.
Exchanges
Swimberry wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases and will happily offer a FREE exchange of size, color or style. Please use the Return & Exchange form to initiate the process. If you have any issues, please feel free to reach out to us at support@swimberry.com and we will be happy to help.
Returns
To book your return, please visit the Return & Exchange form and follow the prompts. All returned items will be sent to our facility in Los Angeles, California. A return processing fee of $9.90 per 2 items will be deducted from your credit.
Returns from outside of the United States
Customers from outside of the United States will need to send the returns at their own accord.
Returns must be received within 30 days of the day your order was placed. We suggest you use your country's national postal service as it will usually offer the most cost-effective option for returning. For example, using Canada Post if you are based in Canada. If you need more advice on how best to ship your return from your country, please contact support@swimberry.com.
Cancellations
An order can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of it being placed without penalty. A full refund will be issued if you email support@swimberry.com within that time period. A 15% cancellation fee will apply to any order that is cancelled between 24 and 72 hours after being placed. After 72 hours, we can't accept cancellations.
